One Battery Place, New York, NY
One Battery Park Plaza is an office tower occupying an entire block facing Battery Park and the harbor, in the Financial District of Manhattan. The owners wanted a refresh for the lobby without changing its character.
As the building lobby has full-height glass entry facades on both East and West elevations, six distinct daylight zones controlled by sensors ensure that the daylight and electric light remain in balance throughout the day.
Crocus City Pedestrian Bridge, Moscow, RU
The Crocus City complex was expanded to include a covered aerial pedestrian bridge as well as a shopping annex to connect the Vegas mall to a new subway entrance. The bridge prompts on goers to navigate from the subway into the vibrant retail shopping district.
The Annex
We built a state of the art, fully LEED compliant science annex to our local state college. The walls are constructed from earth bricks that were made on-site, and the greenhouse features Low-E windows.
